Morgan Elvington Walker's work explores notions of control and fragility, through an impressive variety of mediums, including marbling and delicate poke paintings. Her poke quilts are deliberate compositions that required intense time and concentration, often requiring her to put aside the chaos of the world in pursuit of a form of perfection.

Morgan received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Clemson University and began her career in interior design. She then transitioned into fashion before starting her studio practice. Her background influences her art, evident in her meticulous patterns, bold compositions and thoughtful interplay of structure and fluidity.
